A famous quote that has driven Travis Bingham to be the CEO of Dirty Dime Clothing Co. is:

Travis was born in Jackson, TN and raised in Memphis while also dividing time with his family in Nashville throughout his life. He learned early on that knowing the streets was mandatory, being able to adapt to his environment was a requirement. Travis reminisces in seventh grade he designed his first shirt, never knowing it would lead anywhere. His life experiences, criminal escapades and failures built the road to success.

He believed there was a need for a new role model. “A lot of things in our culture are derogatory and sexual. There was a generation becoming desensitized and families broken” he says.

In 2007 he explained his vision to his assembled team. Combining social networking, ecommerce, business sense, family values, and community participation, his ideas was put into with a whole new way of doing things...

His intention of building a company was to make a profit and from profits give back to the community from the ground up with ideas of empowering our kids and reteaching those who have a hard time parenting. He wants to bring those families from impoverished situations to the main stream. The vision is to rid the old way of thinking that is instilled in young minds. Expose them to opportunities they normally wouldn’t have while giving them a good foundation to grow.
